Where applicable law gives you a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, that right remains available in addition to our voluntary guarantee. For example, many distance-sale consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to legal exceptions.

Because LeafyStick is an inhalation/personal-use product, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for health or hygiene reasons where the law permits. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.

Do not return an item until we provide return instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for return shipping where permitted by law. If we confirm that an item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover costs where required.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after we issue it.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, peak periods, or address issues.

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact info@leafystick.store as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent after dispatch. A package may take time to show its first carrier scan.

For international orders, taxes, duties, or import charges are handled as stated at checkout and according to the shipping service used for your destination. Customers are responsible for complying with local import restrictions.

If a package is shown as damaged, lost, or materially delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment and delivery partners.

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies shown on the store. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your location. LeafyStick is intended for adults and must be kept away from children.

Product descriptions, ingredients, directions, warnings, availability, and pricing may be updated when necessary. Always follow the directions and warnings supplied with the product. Prices may be displayed in a local presentment currency through Shopify Markets. The currency, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and final amount displayed at checkout control the transaction.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or legal/compliance concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Store content, branding, graphics, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the product or use contrary to supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
